What did you find?

This is the part that actually matters. Google asks us to show what testers told us and what we changed because of it — so an honest "this annoyed me" is worth more than a polite "it was fine". Five minutes, and the awkward answers are the useful ones.

Before you start

01

The form

The same one you signed up with, so we can match this to you.

What did you actually use? *

Google asks us whether testers exercised the whole app, so this list is the single most useful thing on the page. Tick only what you genuinely did.

Which sports did you score?

The most valuable box here. If the answer is genuinely nothing, write "nothing" — but think about it first.

Scorby's whole claim is that it gets the rules right, so this one we take seriously. Sport, what the score was, what it did, what you expected.

Got a screenshot? Email it to info@scorby.app from the same Google account and we will match it to this. There is no upload box here on purpose — a screenshot of a match has your opponent's name in it, and that is not ours to collect.

Did the other player's phone keep up? Did anything look out of step, or take a while to arrive?

Just one. If you can only think of small things, a small thing is fine.

What happens to this

It goes to one mailbox and is read by one person. We use it to fix things, and we summarise it for Google as part of the application to publish the app — as a summary of what testers said and what we changed, never with your name or address attached.

It is kept alongside your sign-up and deleted on the same schedule, which is set out in section 12 of the Privacy Policy. If you would rather say something privately, email info@scorby.app instead.
